You're not that far from your lowest weight. But you do take the puppy out every day, so are you really only totaling 3,500 steps a day all day? At 5k or so people normally verge into the lightly active territory. My dad at under 1500, definitely would count as sedentary. You? Not sure. Your range sounds ok though.

Bunnies are like the UK 5 a day. Except that I, personally, count potatoes as bunnies. Maybe not McDonald's French fries. But definitely the boiled baby potatoes!

    Hi Pav!
I hate it but yes I’m sedentary - my singing all dancing fitness tracker tells me so….I manage a walk with the dog! Post covid,I stumble around the Moor for 23 minutes, but it takes me twice that long, inbetween wheezes, coughing and requisite pit stops! Jess is okay with this pitiful owner as is generally oblivious and involved in her own criminality 🐇🐿🐾🦔🦌

Nope! I am evil taskmaster. I deny your oil slicked bunnies! I would contemplate a papal indulgence for your 8th, 9th or 10th 🐰 bunnies... but not for your first 5!!!

I won’t be posting any numbers for a while!….I did drop 7.6 pounds of water yesterday but I am still ashamed that I let my weight creep back up….

Don't feel ashamed Connie - you're among friends here, and we've all been there! There's no shame in failing to maintain a loss, but it would be a crying shame if you let that failure define you and colour your view of yourself. Use it as a springboard onto better days and better habits.

Hugs to you, Connie. You are back at it - which is what counts in the long run.

And - consider switching to KG for a bit. That is really helping me get past the freaked out response that came when I looked at my new weight. Somehow it is working to make me feel okay...???...lol
