💬Comments: I seriously need to get my $**t together! I’m eating junk here and there, and I’m justifying it by telling myself I’ve already hit, and went way past my original goal weight so it’s “allowed”. I’m going to give myself a week to get back on track, starting from today. I can and will do this 😞1 -

Had a rare break in the sun and humidity, so I was finally willing to go to my fav trail, instead of doing my normal loop, I just kept walking and called for husband to drive to pick me up. New goal, do the entire trail as a loop.0 -

Day 4 of my Squat Challenge after 2 day rest since I had PT on Wednesday but in accordance with my Physical Therapist I'm only doing 125 squats continously for the next 2 weeks before moving up so as not to injure myself. Exercising smart by using wisdom and listening to my body.

Day 5 of personal Total Fit Gym Squat Challenge. I did 125 squats in 6 minutes 20 seconds getting a little faster and 4 different arm repetitions while working on quads. YAY ME1 -

Starting to real it back in and get better control of my intake again. Sadly, I'd like to lose a little more body fat, however I don't necessarily care if I lose more weight, so it's sort of a weird place to be in, but ultimately I will still be losing weight to lose the fat.2 -
