    Another good day eating at home .
    Tomorrow another appointment.wont be so good .but will do my best.

    Exercise s still following rehab one they gave me when 1st started so slow getting built back up.
    Walked an strength total 30 min

    Added relaxation technique of 10 min if can count that or not?

    Comments: Lowered my calories some. Had a stressful day with our renter/roommate starting arguments and then pissing him off so much that he left for four hours after saying he wasn't coming back. He just came back now. However, I did not stress eat even though I was hungry. But I figured it was a reaction from the stressful day.
