I'm finally back too, 2400 mile roadtrip. Sorry for leaving everyone in the lurch especially co-captain Jessica! My thanks to her pulling up all my slackerness.

You're not behind...because of how the days of the week fell, our stats started with Sun, the 4th. Gotcha down...GOOD LUCK this month! Great start! Because of my trip, I'm way behind...hard to get back into the routine, but tomorrow is back to work so I'll get up early and try to get my first thousand steps in before I left for work. That will help!

Today I am saying NO to stress! I'm headed back to work after my bereavement leave and I am hoping for a fairly easy day. I'm sure I'll have hundreds of emails, but I'm hoping my colleagues took care of most of them. Hope ya'll have a terrific day too!

I believe most of this is just water weight though. Just get back on track and get it off!1 -
Today I HAVE TO say NO to laziness!
Tomorrow I'll leave for my business trip to Vegas. I'm still not packed AND I still have to take a 3h practice exam BEFORE I leave, as I have the real exam coming up next Wednesday.2 -

I'm finally back from Idaho. There was a lot of eating and very little exercise, but I did take a hike with my husband up a small steep mountain, there are no trails, my knee still hurts from descending it, but we made it down fast because the sun was going down and last thing we wanted was to be stuck in the woods on a steep mountain in the dark, lol.

No traveling food/temptations.
Flying today, will be off forums in the meanwhile. Will try to stick to my schedule, and keep my fasting plan. (48h from last night = Dinner Friday, then Lunch and Dinner all weekend. Fasting again Monday)
will be back Monday night, so will miss the weighin this week. If you want to use my weight from today that's perfectly fine. AND it will hold me accountable to not mess up.
