    No doing so great on my targets. Not managed any strength training this week. thrown a curveball last night and took a 9 hour round trip taking my son to Uni so exercise plan and meal plan for Thursday / Friday out. How are you dong @171lake ?

    Good luck and remember it is only one day at a time. My boss told me when I started this journey to "remember to make good bad decisions." If you have to eat out, make the best decision possible even if it is just a smaller burger and fries when you don't want the salad. It is better to get the smaller one than to get the full size. Best of luck and I hope your son enjoys university.

    I am very surprised at this loss because of the binges on Thursday, Friday and Tuesday. I think my activity level maybe saved me. I think when I take my granddaughters to the pool, I am constantly moving for the entire time. I am happy though cause I have finally hit over 50 pounds lost. I promise new progress photos are coming soon.

    I'm not going to be mad about this. I had a great month last month so I'm not surprised.

    WHAT DO Y'ALL THINK??

    Last Sunday, when I food prepped, I made blueberry pineapple oatmeal for the week.

    I am loving the pineapple flavor, but blueberry- not so much. I was thinking about attempting a Pina Colada twist. What if I used coconut extract for the coconut flavor (since coconut is high cal) and pineapple chunks like before. Maybe top with a little toasted coconut?

    Think this will work??

    Had a bit of tummy trouble so the loss is more than I would have expected. My pup is stable at the moment, so I’m going to take a quick trip to Houston to see my daughter this weekend. Eating is always a challenge on the road so will journal as best as I can!

    Good Afternoon Everyone!
    My steps for this week:
    Wednesday 8/7/2019: 9,701
    Thursday 8/8/2015: 7,901
    I have been doing pretty good in terms of meeting my goals for the week: I am trying to set realistic goals instead ones I think I should be able to do. For example, I am just getting back into running on Tuesday I told myself I have to run 20 minutes (I have not ran really for over two months) at a pace of 11mph. Well as I was running, I realized that is not realistic for me right now, so the rest of this week I have been saying okay I am going to run 5 songs or 6 songs, which has helped me more.
    Monday through Friday (so far):
    1. Logged food: I have done this even though I went over my limit yesterday I didn’t let that stop me
    2. Workout: I am on track so far, I need one more run day and one more gym day and I have accomplished it. Tomorrow is the day
    3. No refined sugar: I have been doing good and not gave into candy, chocolate, or ice cream
    @TheMrWobbly : you are doing great with your exercises, I see you have done some nice rides. I hope you were able to get some strength training in today! Road trips are fun and sometimes a break from normal is good! Have a great time
    @cre804 I am glad to hear that your pup is stable, and you should go see your family! Great loss this week!
    @lmeldrum23 I love to see that you are not going to be mad about your weight this week, thank you for having a great attitude and sharing it with us.
    @boehle Great job this week, you are doing good
    @Beka3695 You have done good most of the week, you have done good with no alcohol and sugar treats, it is hard to go off sugar- I am trying to do that right now as well.
    @lindamtuck2018 Thank you for sharing about your hard times with binge eating, I hope you know you have helped so much of us know that we all fall short. I really like how you decided to go back to the basics to help yourself get out of this hard thing you are dealing with, way to go to take charge! Thank you for being amazing and you are doing so good this week!

    Everyone else in the group, I have read and enjoyed all your goals and sharing your progress with us. I was going to try to comment to everyone but I only get on the group site every couple of days so I don’t get stressed out with trying to be perfect and feeling like I have to or I will disappoint people.
    Have a great weekend everyone, and I hope we all meet our goals!

    Well my just say no was to say no to being lazy. I was kinda lazy today. Molly cooperated today and we walked but I did not get to the pool. I lost my walk back and forth to the pool. I also spent a terrible amount of time playing candy crush. Sigh.

    Yesterday, I walked to pool but it was closed. So I have to swim tomorrow to reach my goal for the week. I am sticking with my hydration plan and I am happy with that.

    Thursday’s steps: 10,305

    Tomorrow’s just say no: no to going over my calories

    @guitargirl55 congrats on the loss

    @nrtauthor way to go on your loss

    @Efsim great job sticking to your goals

    @mustb60 nice loss

    @cre804 nice loss! Enjoy your trip with your daughter

    @Beka3695 excited to hear how your oatmeal turns out

    @boehle congrats on the loss

    @lmeldrum great attitude regarding your weight change this week

    @TheMrWobbly best thing about goals we can reset them for week 2 and smash them

    Week 1 goals:
    1. Walk 7500 steps a day
    2. Swim 3 times this week - only swam 2x this week
    3. Drink at least 9 glasses of H2O a day

    I didn’t get swimming today so I missed my swim goal. Met both my other goals though. I think next week I will increase my step goal by 500 steps a day. I haven’t binged since Tuesday and I hope to keep a grip on that. As for my monthly goals, I am on track to meet all those.

    Steps yesterday: 7979

    Week 2 goals:
    1. Walk 8000 steps a day
    2. Swim 3 times this week
    3. try aqua fit once this week
    4. commit to not binging for the week

    @TheMrWobbly great weight loss! You are doing pretty darn good with your goals.

    @Beka3695 awesome loss! You really got this and your kicking butt!

    @reginadhedden onederland! Way to go!

    @LovebyDraug69 that is awesome! I love those NSV’s!
