GOOD MORNING TEAM SHRINKING ASSETS

IT HAS BEEN A CHALLENGING FOR ME THIS PAST WEEK. I HAVE STEPPED AWAY FROM THE SPREADSHEETS AS A MOD AND I AM GOING TO KEEP RECRUITING AND RUNNING THE MODS WEEKLY CHALLENGE.... I HAVE ADHD AND DYSLEXIA AND HAVE HAD THOSE SINCE I WAS YOUNG LAD. YES I TAKE MEDS FOR THEM BOTH, BUT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THOSE SPREADSHEETS WAS A CHALLENGE I DID NOT NEED.
I AM GOING TO STAY IN MY OWN LANE AND EXCEL THERE... SO IF THERE IS A TOPIC THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO ME RESEARCH AND POST ABOUT THEN BY ALL MEANS LET ME KNOW... YOU CAN PRIVATE MESSAGE THROUGH MFP OR E-MAIL ME gregor5453@gmail.com AND I WILL RESPOND TO YOU AS SOON AS I READ IT.
THESE MOD CHALLENGES ARE MEANT TO INFORM YOU AND START A CONVERSATION BOTH IN THE MOD CHALLENGE AND ON YOUR TEAM THREAD. SO PLEASE LET'S US ALL BE PARTICIPATOR AS MEMBERS OF THIS GROUP AND CHALLENGE.

WEEK 2 GOALS
• +45k steps for the week
• <1300 cal/day after exercise
• No LNS
• No alcohol M-Th
• Drink more water
• Maintain the nerd sheet nerd 🤓
I am loving my nerd sheet... this is what I’m calling my spreadsheet where I track my intake and burn.
Ya know when you punch an address in your GPS and it says “estimated arrival time”.... and this automatically converts to “time to beat.”
This is how I feel about my nerd sheet. Last week it predicted a 3 lb loss (-2.96 to be exact) and I came in a a whopping -4.8!!! This excites me. Just like arriving before my GPS said I would 😊4 -
Me again....
So I killed my stove today while meal planning. Feel free to DM crock pot/air fryer/microwave recipes. It looks like I can redneck engineer the cook top to work, but no oven.
I also have a grill and a panini press to work with.
I completely believe this is a test of patience.5 -

Week 2, Monday
PW: 188.3 lbs
CW: 184.8 lbs
Been a good week, I think I've finally got on the underside of the "obsesity" BMI category for good. I was a little apprehensive what my weigh-in would be today because last night I had a couple glasses of wine on an empty stomach and a late dinner (first time I've had alcohol since around New Year's, am not really meant to have it with metformin medication). Doesn't look like it did any damage. Nice to know I can do this occasionally.3 -
Meal prep for the week. (Breakfast, snacks and lunch. I'm just missing the dip for the snacks) hopefully I do spoiler right and not flood food pictures1
-
I'm gonna post my runs every Sunday for my 1/2 training2

Well I am glad today starts a new week. I feel like I have a fresh canvas to start with. I have closed my diary and I am going to bed when I finish this so there will be no binging tonight. I am tired as Molly woke me up super early to take her out this morning and I had the grandkids Friday/Saturday.
Yesterday’s steps: 10,378
@Beka3695 great goals for the week. I would be lost without my oven.
@kilobykilo hope you are enjoying your travels!
@Luciicul awesome loss! That is great news about the bmi.
@boehle great job with the food prep and marathon training.3 -

Previous week: 241
Today: 239
I lost 2 pounds this week, for a total of 25.5 pounds, and now weigh 239 pounds. I am really happy with that number for many reasons: 1) I reached the magic '25' pounds lost number; 2) I am below 240; 3) I am back to my low on MFP from 2 years ago when I gave up; and 4) I am just 1 pound from my first mini-goal of reaching 238, which is a loss of 10% of my body weight. A great day!6 -

I was camping this weekend and ate uncontrollably. I also got some swimming suit pictures, that I just hate myself in. I am really trying to rally my ambition and use the pictures as inspiration to get after it, but honestly I just feel a little down on myself today. Hopefully tomorrow is better.4 -
