Tuesday Someone who encourages you. Although I have many people I must say, itβs my ride or die. Every since they were young and I would go on a diet they knew everyone else in the house went on a diet too.3

Reason for staying healthy: I want to feel logos about myself. My self esteem is higher ghee when I take care of myself. Also, I feel better overall when I exercise and eat βsomewhatβ better.3

Hey all all the tests came back okay I'm finally feeling a little better, not myself.. still kind of weak but I am very hungry smh going to take my time with this week and come back next week stronger than ever thanks for all the good thoughts!!4

Wednesday - September 11: Top reason for staying healthy
My top reason for my weight loss is to be as healthy as possible for my kids/family. My Mom was a very big inspiration towards my weight loss 4 years ago. I was caring for her and she was struggling with her weight for years and it caused her many health issues. I don't want my kids to feel as sad as I had seeing my Mom struggle. I don't want them to have to be my caregivers bc of my bad choices either.

YESTERDAY AS I WAS GOING ABOUT MY DAY I WAS REMINDED CONSTANTLY THAT 18 YEARS WE AS A NATION SUFFERED A DEVASTATING LOSS. THE AFTERMATH OF THAT DAY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE FOR SOME FAMILIES AROUND THE WORLD.
NO MATTER WHAT SIDE OF THE GREAT POND YOU LIVE ON, NO MATTER WHAT BORDER SEPARATES US, NO MATTER WHAT CONTINENT YOU LIVE ON THAT DAY BROUGHT US TOGETHER AND WILL BOND US FOREVER.
TOO MANY WHITE HEADSTONES HAVE BEEN PLACED IN ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY AND THAT SADDENS ME. IT PAINS ME TO SEE ALL SORT OF PEOPLE DISRESPECTING THE COLORS THAT THOSE BRAVE MEN AND WOMEN DIED FOR. NOT ONLY ON THE BATTLEFIELD BUT AT THE TOWERS, THE PENTAGON AND IN THAT PENNSYLVANIAN FIELD

My two weeks of eating at maintenance calories is done and Iβm back to trying to lose. Iβm down to only 1.2 pounds higher than my lowest weight and I have no doubt that Iβll see it or even lower next week. The break did me a world of good and Iβm happily back to lower calorie intake. I learned a lot about my eating habits and was amazed at how many foods that I used to enjoy that I now donβt. I know which foods will still lead to a binge, thankfully they are far fewer than ever and one of them I only make for my two youngest kids birthdays.5
