    I had a great day with the kids. My littlest started junior kindergarten this week. He only had two days but this morning was a major meltdown! I’m not sure how he will manage a full week next week!

    1) REDO WEEK 1 C25K 3 DAYS HAVE TO WORK AROUND DOC AND VET APPTS.
    2) 12K+ STEPS PER DAY WITH WEIGHTED VEST ON HOPEFULLY OUTSIDE
    3) STAY AT OR UNDER 1200 CALORIES PER DAY AND LOG IT ONLINE AND IN JOURNAL

    GOALS FOR SEPT MONTH
    1) GET TO AT LEAST TO WEEK 3 C25K BARE MIN
    2) TRACK AND LOG CALORIES IN AND EXERCISE OUT & POST EVERYDAY
    3) PREP HEALTHY MEALS AND SNACKS WEEKLY
    4) ACTUALLY EXERCISE WITH ONE & DONE 3X'S PER WEEK
