1. Walk 8500 steps daily except Sundays.
2. Ensure I drink 9 glasses of fluids a day
3. No binge watching tv or Netflix. Limit 2 shows a day.
5. Log to the best of my ability.

Happy Monday everyone! Final week of the september challenge already, how did that happen?! It wasnt the consistent month I'd hoped for but I'm ready to start building good habits to have a super consistent October.
This week's goals:
Sleep (from selfcare) - failed on this last night, but in bed at 10.30 with a 6.50am alarm all the rest of the world week.
Join Linda on no netflix/tv binging. Max 2 eps an evening.
Stick to my food plan, esp avoiding evening snacks just because I feel like I need sugar. No!
Run 3 times. Prob Tues morning, thurs evening and either saturday or sunday.

2. Am into the 220's - another decade
3. Am halfway to my initial goal (lost 36 of my initial 70 pound goal)
4. And last, I am FINALLY into Class 2 Obese category!!

@kilobykilo I think binge watching tv is going to be a tough one for me as the week goes on. The voice starts tonight and it is 2 hours. Plus there are 2 new shows I want to check out. I should have maybe made the limit in hours not shows. I think I watch way too much 📺 in the fall.
Goals are going really good so far. I find getting my steps easier since I broke my walks into several shorter walks. Getting the proper amount of fluids is helping with the water retention from sodium. I have 2 days of logging so far and I plan to keep it up this week. I am back to filling in the next days diary before I go to bed.

Never really knew about classes of obesity. Just checked out where I was at the end of May -v- now and I have gone from upper end of class 2 at 37.8 BMI down to lower class 1 at 31.9. I am first class obese!12

I’m going to really focus this week on getting back to a normal exercise routine after being sick. I dislike the gym so this past week I had to force myself and some days I was more successful in that task haha6 -
I have been making a lot of promises to myself, and I have been not following through on those promises. I think I really need to re-evaluate what I am telling myself to do. It does no good for me to start and stop so many things.
I am going to start Rachel Hollis's last 90 days challenge (its FREE if anyone wants to join me!). I really really want to follow through so I am mentally preparing myself to buckle down and get going.5 -

This is getting freaking ridiculous. September is nothing but gaining. I am thinking since I've been gardening a lot the last two days maybe it's affecting my weight. I am definitely looking to October for some weight loss.7 -
