    I tell you what it has been HARD for me to find the energy to Move My @SS after my day of on my feet & moving my @ss the whole 8 hours straight!! I know I gotta dig deeper & I will. Be back later with my miles.

    You would think that a former food inspector would throw out the turkey if it was questionable. Nope. At least I knew the symptoms and knew it wouldn't last. Not my preferred weight loss method. :wink:

    Well I found some gumption & rode the ex bike for 10 miles & walked for .5 miles. Should have been the other way around but like I said I'm trashed, not much energy left. Oh & by the way I pulled my stitches (doctors ok) after work yesterday. Oh what a relief it is!!

    @VHuber - It wasn't bad. About 6 hours and it was done. I heal quickly. :smile: Glad the knee is doing well. I'll bet it was a relief to have the sutures out. Those little turkeys get snagged on everything.

    @DEAN - Glad it "passed" so quickly! :wink: Also to add to the other comments, I wish we lived closer because you're the person I would want to take care of my pet(s). Those people that give you a hard time are idiots. They obviously don't know you like we've gotten to know you....how knowledgeable and caring you are just for starters. You have a great heart and are there for SO many people when they need you at what is all too often a critical time for their beloved pets. I have no doubt that you have countless people that are grateful to you for your compassion and care.

    @K80FLEC - Beautiful pictures!

    @JUST_CECI - I agree...what a thoughtful idea with the run of 3.43 miles. :heart:

    @VHUBER - OH NO! I'm sorry you were concerned at first! I didn't even think about that somebody might not get it right away. I'm glad you figured it out! :smiley: Stay tuned because I have a follow-up to that one. :lol: Also, congrats on getting the stitches out. :)

    @dean No, not a great weight loss method, but I'll admit to dragging my half dead body to the scale a dozen times the last time I had food poisoning. :smiley:
    @dave Love the picture. Not only is it Friday the 13th, it's also a full moon. This nurse is glad to be out of the hospital arena, especially Labor and Delivery.

    Adding 1 mile. Doing my subdivision's 5K tomorrow. I decided to turn off the audio prompts on Runkeeper and try to just run and not go too fast, which is always a problem for me.
