I am slightly addicted to David’s tea. I shop online at davidstea.com - they are a Canadian company but I believe they have locations in the us so they likely have a US online store. I scour the clearance so my last few purchases were unbelievable steals :) I still have spent more than a reasonable amount on tea in the last two years, I’d say lol.

Tea: chocolate covered almond again. I usually brew the same pot twice since I’m too cheap to dump it after one pot ;)

    October 10th!!! 🎃🍁🍃🍂🍁

    Trick or Treat! 🎃🍃🍂

Protein shakes have been a wonderful treat and also a trick to control hunger for me!

    Supplement With Whey Protein

If you struggle to get enough protein in your diet, taking a supplement — such as protein powder — can help.

One study showed that replacing some of your calories with whey protein can cause weight loss of about 8 pounds over time while increasing muscle mass (53Trusted Source).

Today’s tea: mulled wine. I’m trying to stave off the evening munchies and also to warm up a bit. Sounds delish... I’m not sure I’m going to like it.
