Morning!! I love doing my barre classes and today that will be my exercise.
By year end, I need to step up my cardio and plan to do more elliptical and/or spinning.

Day 3: My 30 minutes of exercise
..was 30 minute elliptical, 30 minute inclined treadmill and 60min of strength training. My year end goal is to recover my shoulder and begin to rebuild my upper body.2 -

SO FOR TODAY IT'S ANOTHER ROUND OF BLOOD TEST FOR ME AND THEN I SEE ALL OF THE HEAD DOC'S TODAY TO MAKE THAT I AM STILL PLAYING WITH A FULL DECK.

Day 4 Water: Exercising first thing helps me start the day with a good 40 oz! If I use a straw (got some reusable straws online), I drink more. A big drink (kombucha is my fave) after work when hungry helps me too.1

I carry my water bottle with me!
I drink cold water before eating a meal with lemon.
I LOVE β€οΈ teas, this try making cold and hot tea during the day. I have been slacking a little on this and need to step it up!
