    โŒ Stayed under calorie goal
    โœ… 1 hour+ of cardio & Strength Training (Arc Trainer, Inclined Treadmill & Weights-legs & rows)
    โœ… Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner
    โœ… Water: 201.6 oz.

    ๐Ÿ—ฃComments/Goals: Met hubby for dinner and had 1/2 a giant burger @ Boston Burger Co., French fries & a 'lil bit of their freak shake๐Ÿคค--I haven't ordered a burger in such a long time.... and now I don't need to for a while---feel like I ate a brick---๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿฅด๐Ÿ˜†
