WELL IT APPEARS THAT MY SITTING ON MY BUTT THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS WASN'T SO GOOD FOR ME. WELL IT'S WATER UNDER THE BRIDGE AND I CAN'T REDO IT.
WHAT I CAN DO IS HOLD MY HEAD HIGH, SQUARE MY SHOULDER AND MOVE FORWARD LIKE A TOP NOTCH SAILOR SHOULD DO.
TODAY I AM GOING TO RE VAMP MY WORKOUT PLAN AND SET UP A DALLY OF A WORKOUT PROGRAM FOR ME.
I AM ADDING A NEW GOAL FOR NEXT ... OWNERSHIP OF MY ACTIONS.... DID I DO MY BEST TODAY . I AM ALSO GOING TO SLIM DOWN THOSE GOALS. TO MANY OF THEM AND I WON'T REACH THEM ALL AND THEN BOOM I AM PO'D AT ME CUZ I FAILED.. SO IN ORDER NOT TO FAIL ON A DAILY BASIS. THE FEWER THE BETTER ...WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER.HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY TEAM
