You must start having a better relationship with food or you are going to always be stuck in the cycle where you start your new diet each Monday.

I found these new crisps at Whole Foods and they are delicious. Nice substitute instead of chips. 25 crisps only 90 calories and 10g of protein.

Have been MIA forever--so sorry. I think I was (understandably) dumped from the team, but I'm back. Read some of the posts so sort of caught up!
I'm just starting where I am but tell me if I need to post my steps or anything. At this point, I can just jump back in for November but here are my stats for my purposes.

Im in to finish October strong and begin November the same way! Its been wicked for me lately with the tragic sudden death of my oldest brother, its so surreal smh but I need to focus all that much more as bad as I want to fall apart...grateful to you ....

Teas of this weekend: tropicalia (pineapple, apple, coconut, rose, safflower, marigold)
