Iβm so happy to see the scale move
Even with traveling for work, I was able to make decent choices and exercise.
Unfortunately, I caught a heck of a cold on the flight home and Iβve been down and out this week. No exercise, but at least Iβm feeling better and should be back to exercising ext week.3 -
DAY 4: HYDRATE!
I use 2, 20 oz. disposable cups to have one black coffee, one tea, and then take my 24 oz. refillable SUPER WOMAN πͺπ»π€£ MUG with me for water---plus I pack 2, 33.8 SmartWaters for electrolytes and more AGUA!!!π§π¦π§π¦ ....I try to drink lotsa teas throughout the day also.

GOOD MORNING WARRIORS...WHAT A DAY YESTERDAY... MY DOC AND HER STAFF THOUGHT I HAD A BLOOD CLOT IN MY RIGHT LEG SO I WAS ORDERED TO URGENT CARE FOR A ULTRA SOUND......SPENT THE MORNING GETTING THAT DONE AND LOW AND BEHOLD NO CLOT... TGFT.... BUT I DO I HAVE EDEMA SEVERELY.. SO THEY GAVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS TO FIGHT THAT UP TO AND INCLUDING COMPRESSION SOCKS. I HAVE A NEW HYDRATION PLAN THAT I WILL SHARE WITH YOU GUYS LATER ON.
I HAVE READ ALL THE POST FROM YESTERDAY AND YOU WARRIORS JUST KEEP KILLIN IT. AS IT STANDS RIGHT NOW WE ARE IN 3RD PLACE FOR MOST % WEIGHT LOSS RIGHT NOW.... LET'S KEEP KNOCKIN OFF THOSE POUNDS.I WOULD LIKE TO LEAVE THIS YOU TODAY FOOD FOR THOUGHT

SHE ALSO HAS A ILEOSTOMY AND SHE ONLY USE THE XTRA SODIUM FOR WHEN SHE IS ON A COMPETITIVE BIKE RIDE.
SHE ALSO SATED THAT SHE THINKS THAT WHEN I WORK OUT THAT I MADE THE SODIUM BOOST.... RIGHT NOW I AM LAYING OFF OF IT SO I CAN IF I REDUCE THIS EDEMA SITUATION I HAVE GOIN.
A GALLON OF WATER WEIGHS 7.99999 POUNDS....A CHEF AND BAKER USE IT AS 8 POUNDS. SO IF I AM CARRYING 1 GAL OF SODIUM H20 IN ME THEN THAT'S 8 POUNDS GONZO!!!
