β 1 hour+ of cardio & Strength Training (Body Pump & Arc Trainer HIIT)
β Maintained IF schedule w/ No food after dinner
β Water: 197.8 oz.
π£Comments/Goals: Been going very heavy on my leg training this week...and boy do I feel the changeπ₯ππ₯π€ͺ... it's hindered my cardio routine a bit. Feeling super fatigued ---BUT I am also feeling stronger. Today my pants were looser on the waist, but I am thinking that my weight will be way up this week from the water retention of my new strength training routine. Trying to keep that in mind going into Friday this week.π€·π»ββοΈπ€
