Trick to treat!
Trick -Start with greens ๐ฅฌ! It works. Whenever I start with a salad ๐ฅ before dinner, I eat more filler than calories. If I am not feeling the greens, I like to start with a veggie soup.
"Eat in the right order. Eat vegetables first to naturally have more of them and ultimately eat fewer calories."

Steps Monday 21st Oct: 12,468
I'm just trying to hang in there until half term break. Lots of people are going off sick with colds etc., unfortunately, those who are in get to cover for absentee colleagues. What's worse is when the absentee colleagues return they inevitably bring in cakes to say 'thanks'. Not easy to walk away from when I'm tempted!!! Soooooo looking forward to having next week off, so I can re-group and de-compress! Three more get-ups and I'm free!!!!! Yippeee!0 -

NO TRIGGER FOODS CHALLENGE
Hey teams!! I am so sorry that we forgot to post this week's challenge. I'm a new captain so I'm claiming newbie's brain and will work harder to set myself a reminder.
Since we have only four days left for this week why don't we focus harder on one of our 5 for 90 and say NO TRIGGER FOODS for the rest of the week?
Post here in the challenge and in your own team threads what trigger food(s) you are going to completely give up and maybe by really focusing on it for this challenge will help carry you through the rest of the year!

Think big picture.
So youโve โbannedโ chocolate cake, but decide to have a small taste. Instead, you polished off two slices. Itโs easy to go overboard on an old habit. Instead of beating yourself up if you fell short, think of the big picture. Focus on the change rather than whatโs being eliminated (think: itโs not about the chocolate cake, itโs about not overdoing unhealthy sweets). Live in the moment to successfully make new healthy habits
I feel at times I can be so focused on the numbers and forget the big picture. We are all here to be healthier. Today I am going to focus on the big picture, my health from the inside out and not be to hard on myself. We all are making great changes - NSV as well!
