I am trying to get back into posting ,but I have been physically and mentally drained with all these preparations and also I've still been working 60ish hours this week. It's just a lot and I am not handling it as well as I'd like to be. But I will make it. :smile:

    Please take care of yourself you have a lot on your plate and you need some me time. Believe it we totally understand

    I don’t know how to get my drive back!! I’ve lost the desire to take care of myself that I had at the beginning of the year. My dogs been sick since June and I’m getting emotionally and physically drained. Need to find my way back to what I was doing earlier this year!!

    I am SO PUMPED. I got my cadence and speed monitors to sync, so I am getting to ride indoors and compete against riders around the world!!

    I am beyond excited and ready to get into an awesome routine for the winter!!
