Sorry guys I'm doing my best! I'm undergoing some fertility stuff and it's causing a lot of bloating and just general crappy feeling. There's been some appetite increases as well. Hopefully it all settles out soon!3 -

I forgot to post yesterday! I am down to 133.2 as of today. I just started my period which always brings a period of weight gain. I went to two yoga classes yesterday, and I am planning on three more (at least) this week. I don’t want to gain due to Thanksgiving!1 -

I'm guessing it was water weight, or my staying constantly moving cleaning, unpacking and not getting much calories in. Sorry for the late weigh in, it's been hectic settling in the new place.10 -

NSV: pants are getting loose again
Day: body very sore from new exercise program so I took a day off, feel bad about that now, probably should have pushed through.
Trying to stay calm about today and focus on eating what I want in small portions. Happy thanksgiving everyone! I am thankful for you all.

@kiadams317750, I think you did the right thing. It's really important to listen to your body and not strain it. Don't feel bad because rest is an important part of the journey.

I am usually the one hosting, but my future Daughter-in-laws parents are hosting this year. So instead of having to get up at the crack-of-dawn, cooking & cleaning all day, I get to relax, which I am also Very Grateful for! I am looking forward to seeing everyone, (and the pecan pie).
