    I haven’t been physically active in months so I am glad I’m in the challenge. It was a challenge but I pushed myself to do 30 mins of cardio and I feel great and I’m glad I did it.

    My goal this month is tho get to 131. My yoga studio is having a 20 classes in 30 days challenge, so I am going to commit to trying to do that. I also would like to walk 20 miles a week and incorporate more strength training! I started at 169 lbs. in February, and I would love to be down 40 lbs. by February of 2020!

    My goal is to get into the 190's. I flirt with it during the week and then get totally messed up on the weekends. I want to lose 10 pounds this month. I am hoping to lose more than 10 and put a few back over Thanksgiving. My son and I high-fived this morning on working out seriously so hopefully we can motivate each other.

    Do you think if I made a suggestion to Planet Fitness about having a basket of hair ties I would get compensated?
    The Dollar General store is right next door so they could stock up!!

    *I forgot my hair tie today and had to make one from an old necklace* 🤣

    @kiaadams09, here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/113559-the-biggest-loser-monthly-challenge

    @looneycatblue, I hit wrong things all the time. I'm sure it was a mistake. Nice loss! :star: Way to go on exercise today and yesterday!!

    @crystalbarton31, we can do it but it really does take planning and laying a plan into place. I sure have learned that lesson! :smile:

    I need some advice/tips/tricks. I went from very faithfully counting calories and doing intermittent fasting to slowly but surely relaxing my eating habits, to letting all hell break loose over Halloween and now today I don't even have the willpower to restrict my intake because I've gotten out of the habit. How do I get back at it? How do I say no to the junk? I really, really, really need to lose some more weight. Lots of it. Where do I start? What do I do?! *please no advice on increasing exercise. I'm going to work on that too but right now I'm strictly looking for some advice and tips on getting back into controlling what goes into my body! Thank you in advance ❤️

    The thing that kicked my behind was reading bonniehosk85's profile page. Then I wanted to know what UAC was so I started searching and found Ultimate Accountability Challenge and joined. I WANT TO BE IN THAT WINNER'S CIRCLE EVERY MONTH!
