Very happy to see that since, last Friday, I was at 210.0. Yikes!!! Thank you Halloween candy and my inability to resist! Sweets are my total downfall. However, yesterday my roommate brought home a key lime pie (my favorite) and I did not eat any of it.7 -

I’m angry with myself but I am also allowing myself time to adjust to meds. Almost all the side effects from Metformin are happening 😭 I did run Sun, Mon, Tues and I’m going to TopGolf tonight. Exercise is there. Food needs to be more in line. Stomach needs to get better.3 -
