Monday: ✔️ 47 minutes in the gym

Sunday: No unfortunately at the hospital with my dad for majority of the day
Monday: No quite 30 min, did 25 mins Insanity Fit Test.
Tuesday: yes 41 min insanity plyometric cardio
Wednesday: yes 30 min slow jog on treadmill
Thursday: yes 39 mins insanity cardio power and resistance
Friday:
Saturday: 1 -
Exercise for 30 minutes each day:
Sunday: Yes, created a Praise dance
Monday: 30 minute walk and 1.5 hr Praise dance
Tuesday: 30 minute walk and 1 hr Praise dance
Wednesday: 30 minute walk
Thursday: 90 minute Praise dance

@BonnieHosk85 I am running a lot but not eating enough spent calories back, according to my doctor. I promised to eat back 50% to start, get more sleep, and take rest days away from running.
I'll follow his advice. One week of maintenance isn't a tragedy. I need to quit whining.3 -

Not sure if counts in our challenge , but on Tuesday after Halloween and hubby's bday I gained big time .I did an egg fasting and dropped -6lb .Still I'm plus from last Friday, but I'm pushing to get my goal .Here is tracking photo for my motivation

Good morning! We drove 14 hours yesterday to get to Orlando. Dark and rainy at the end and we were so tired. Usually, we stay over at the halfway point so we're rested but we wanted to get him in time for the rehearsal dinner this evening.
