    Sunday: No unfortunately at the hospital with my dad for majority of the day
    Monday: No quite 30 min, did 25 mins Insanity Fit Test.

    I’m angry with myself but I am also allowing myself time to adjust to meds. Almost all the side effects from Metformin are happening 😭 I did run Sun, Mon, Tues and I’m going to TopGolf tonight. Exercise is there. Food needs to be more in line. Stomach needs to get better.
