    Tuesday: Yes. 20 minutes on the treadmill and a 10 minute at home ab video
    Wednesday: Yes. 30 minutes of zumba

    Yes

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No

    My TOM got the best of me today. Ate too much 🙈

    Sunday: No unfortunately at the hospital with my dad for majority of the day
    Monday: No quite 30 min, did 25 mins Insanity Fit Test.
    Tuesday: yes 41 min insanity plyometric cardio
    Wednesday: yes 30 min slow jog on treadmill
    Thursday: 
    Friday: 
    Saturday: 
