Hi everyone!
I was with Flab-U-Less from last November and had a break during the summer due to lots of stress and family circumstances.
Now I'm very happy to be back and see lots of new members and amazing "oldies" who was supportive and incredibly friendly!
I haven't lost anything during the summer so I'll start from the beginning again
I'm aiming to lose about 20 pounds by the spring next year or hopefully a bit sooner. And I know I can do it woo hoo 😁

Comments: My eggs were about to expired......so, I ate 11 egg whites for an early dinner. I added garlic spinach. So, good!
(I eat no more than 7 egg yolks per week and the rest I feed to my dogs)
I am going to brush out my hair and then run 5K.....before settling in for the night!
Run 5K+ each day this week. This is my goal for the week.....and, post every day. 💋🍃🧘♀️1 -

Nothing is wrong!
I started this Challenge on August 1st at 141.2. I am 121.3 today.
20 pounds loss in 3 months. True weight loss is a long... slow ....not-fun process. 🤣
I have to be super strict to lose weight. Diet, count calories....AND, most important exercise.
Most effective for me is a non-stop minimum 3K fun every day.....to lose those 1-2 weekly pounds.
If I just calorie count (with clean eating) and do a daily step count of 8,000+.....I do not lose 1 pound a week.
I have to burn calories.....🔥........not just drastically reduce them.
For me....exercising keeps me in check and not over-eat. Because, I hate to exercise! I only want to do the minimum! Lol!
I am very active....I just do not lose any real weight dancing or playing sports.
Every day make a plan and make time. Post it here. Follow- thru.
This is what helps me tons!

I have a cold, sore throat and a sore head! Arghhh I also have a consultation at the clinic tomorrow with a different surgeon.1
