    Current week weigh 131.4
    I think last week was 131.8

    Better loss than you were expecting... last week was 132.6!!!!!!!!!!!

    Way better than I was thinking! Might be slow for the rest of the month.. birthday, thanksgiving, etc, but will try hard to get to 130.0 or below.

    I can feel the water weight but I need to do a better job of meal planning. I’ve been eating out way to much. I’ve got maintenance down pretty well but I still have a long way to go. Just uninspired I guess. Still dealing with physical therapy 3x week. Really hoping to make progress with that but I know losing more weight will help that also.

    Disclaimer: some of this is water weight from the pizza last Thursday!

    I think this is the hardest I worked at my weight loss since I started. Fighting the urges at night have been tough but it paid off. I moved lots by keeping my step count up. I did 2 short cardio YouTube videos. One I only lasted 10 minutes but I tried. I like that they give modifications for all the moves. I also got to strength train once this week. Pretty easy session.

    Great week!!!

    I'm going to use my weight from last week for this weekend's weigh-in. I'm traveling for work this week and have had access to a scale.

    I hope everyone has a great weekend!

    Never heard of Timmies but the bad stuff is following me around this week! Managing to stay within cals but not making the best choices!

    @CharlesScott78 no need to apologise, really hope your appointment today had a positive outcome and you're feeling better and able to get up and about again soon.

    Thanks! It went well. They gave me a big steroid shot in the knee and it feels better already. It must have been fluid retention - I lost 4.6 lbs today down to 398. I knew even immobile with the calories I took in I could not have really gained weight. Looking for a good number next Thursday. Thanks for checking up on me. I appreciate it.

    At what point does one turn on their heat?? We've been using space heaters at night but that's it. I just got $150 gallons of fuel oil and that was $477. (Plus it's was nice to only have a $81 electric bill last month)

    @boehle hugs on all the changes. One advantage of living in an apartment no heat or electric bill.

    @LaurieWrobo happy birthday 🥳

    @KelGen02 that’s an awesome loss

    @CharlesScott78 cortisone shots work great. Getting one in my shoulder on Monday. I will feel like a new woman.

    @corporatelawmom have a great weekend!

    @CharlesScott78 great news, hope things continue to improve :)

    Just 4 hours at work this morning then a weekend to get myself reorganised. Also a lot of online work to fit in for my second job, but looking forward to getting life back on track, and get out and run!!!

    So I looked at the Eastbourne half-marathon and there is a 9% incline for about a mile which is bonkers so I decided to bring the date for my HM forward.
