    KAI IT HAS BEEN A SURREAL TRIP WATCHING YOU LOOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT... AS I HAVE POSTED YOUR WEIGH INS I AM THINKING TO MYSELF THIS LADY HAS GRIT...DETERMINATION AND A WHOLE LOTS OF TRICKS UP HER SLEEVE. IT WAS AFTER ONE YOUR 5-6 POUNDS LOSSES THAT MY WIFE LOOKED AT ME SAID "ANDERSON YOU BETTER GET YOUR BUTT IN GEAR OR SHE IS GOING TO PASS YOU BY" AND I AM PLEASED TO SAY THAT YOU DID....     No eating out ✔

    Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 20 minute walk

    No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔

    Got that feeling like I'm turning in a bad report card. I am ashamed. Stayed under calories doing OMAD, but WAY over on carbs and sugar. Game plan went by the wayside with all that food. I'm so weak.

    Not looking forward to weigh in Friday.

    Great day with family and friends. Thank goodness T Day only comes once a year.

    Tomorrow will be nothing but water, early workout in the garage, water, pickleball, stationary bike, more water, and a late weigh in.

    3. 30 min exercise ❌ but somehow exhausted from standing & cooking all day!

    Good morning!

    This has been a long week. One more day then a much needed weekend!

    I think I fell asleep before finishing my post. Turns out my ankle is sprained and has been since May. I’m going to modify my step goal to 10,000 until it’s fully healed.

    Have a wonderful day today! I’m going to track calories which I have been neglecting to do for so long.
