    ✅3. Logging ALL food -- Completed

    Interesting I started this month at 181. 4 so to have not lost is disappointing but to not have gained is a win all in of itself!!

    I think I could lose 5 pounds before the new decade starts as a matter of fact I know I can!!

    No eating out ✔

    Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. ✔ 29 minute walk, if I had noticed I would have walked for that extra minute

    No caffeine after 1pm (my dr's suggestion for sleep issues) ✔
