@Navydaddjtc @Fitness327wk @shbarbor Greg, Sally & Sue, I think my new weigh in day going forward into the December challenge should be moved to Sundays....
I feel like it would help me NOT go over calories on Friday and Saturday if I know I'll need to weigh in on Sunday morning...sooo I will step back on the scale this Sunday ---and start December with that number.2 -

I feel like it would help me NOT go over calories on Friday and Saturday if I know I'll need to weigh in on Sunday morning...sooo I will step back on the scale this Sunday ---and start December with that number.

Nancy I moved you to Sunday as you requested.... How ever if you wait until Sunday to weigh in then it will go as a non-weigh.. So here is what i suggest... let me carry over your last week weight. Then on Sunday I will make the adjustments after the tallies are done

Terrified to get on the scale this morning, so went and got busy trying to get some work in. Glad to see a loss even though it wasn't much. Fell short of my 10 pound loss goal for the month. Going to have to do better in December.

Good evening, warriors!
I’m going to try hard to connect here more often throughout the day. I am always more accountable when I check in often.
I am so far so good for calories today. I have about 60 left to goal but I’m feeling hungry. I just boiled some water so maybe a nice tea will stave off the craving. I can’t imagine I will stop at 60 cal of anything I might grab for a snack so I’ll try not to grab anything.

🗣Comments/Goals: My steps were low bc I did a 20 mile Matrix bike session at the gym with my son today. No Black Friday shopping for me and too cold to walk Goldie today... we are expecting a snow storm on Sunday .... here comes the snow!
