    So as I am prepping today for tomorrow I decided to see how many calories i was going to consume... if I follow today's meal plan leaving out AM snack.... PM snack... consuming the same breakfast... tomorrow with our dinner I will consume 2313 calories in a moderately portion size dinner. now that includes breakfast BTW... dinner alone is 19 hundred and change.... oh well it comes only comes once a year... I'll readjust the portion sizes...(maybe)

    Turns out I have a ligament sprain in my ankle and it’s been sprained for 7 months!

    I have some good anti-Inflammatories and I’m finally on the mend. After that, watch out steppers! I’m coming for you!

    I am so glad to hear you have a diagnosis & treatment plan!!! YAY!!! Hopefully you can find some exercises you enjoy that don't involve your ankle.
