@CLEPANT - Oh wow, that sounds painful! Hope you're doing better fast! That would be good if it remedied your shoulder a bit!
And not sure, but I must've missed it! @K80FLEC has surpassed the 10K Lifetime MYAC miles marker this month!
Dave
Congrats @K80FLEC !!!!!!!1 -

Went to my side of the family Thanksgiving Dinner today! LOTS of food but I did good plus my husband started trembling & got dizzy so we left after a couple of hours. Short but sweet! Got home & took his BP & it was fine & he's feeling much better now! Might need to watch his blood sugar! IDK
Rode the ex bike 10 miles this evening.

I had requested I have my goal moved back to 75 from 100 but it looks like I'm going make it to 100 after all!0

I’ve been in this group for a longgggg time but never have posted a comment before, sorry about that. I do want to say sorry to hear about your Dad, ***hugs*** to you and your family! I’m extremely glad your able to spend time with him!
You certainly have been here for a time and I am blessed that you chose to post for the first time for me. That’s for your kind words.
I am not often here and involved in posting but I have been watching from afar for a long time and glad your dad not linger and was ready for home. I hope the sadness and stress of his last years will turn to happier memories in the course of time.0 -
Somehow I have reached TTD of 80 miles there was one meaning 5.5 mile coastal walk this week0
