    Beautiful here in Florida. Walked my dog this morning then rode my bike to yoga class. I'm at 40/50.

    19th: 6 miles, 2.89 m running, 3.11 m purposeful walking - MTD 70.27
    20th: 4 miles - MTD 74.27

    Thank you for your concern - I’m well, well enough to try a short run yesterday :) and it is quite winter here - bitterly cold (although I imagine some of you would welcome the weather as mild) 5C, feeling like -1C.

    Stupid me caught my heel on our outdoor steps tonight on the way to church and fell down 6 steps. Missed hitting my head but cut up my knee, wrist and twisted an ankle. Sore everywhere. The good news is that I think my shoulder impingement released from the fall....lol

    I went for a 10 mile run today. It didn't go well but I did finish. For some reason I felt really tight and had no gas in the tank. Oh well. On the bright side, that's goal for me 50/50

    Oh my goodness clepant! What next? No I better not ask that! You need to be tied to a chair until EVERY body part that aches, hurts or swells is ALL healed up!! But you are lucky you didn't BREAK something! You are amazing!

    Congrats to k80flec! That's awesome!

    My mileage comes from walking 1.5 & ex biking 10.5.
