    LOL I wish. I actually love wind, but our fall season was about a day long. And my brain refused to think i needed to wear full length leggings or something more than a light jacket.

    Adding 2 miles today. On the treadmill. No wind, no cold. :lol:

    I miss MY ex bike & treadmill!!! After 8 hrs on my feet cooking turkey dinner for 150 people I took Georgie for a 2 mile walk. He came home with VERY muddy paws & then needed to be bathed.

    18th: 3.5 miles, Pilates - MTD 64.27
    19th: 6 miles, 2.89 m running, 3.11 m purposeful walking - MTD 70.27
    20th: 4 miles - MTD 74.27

    Thank you for your concern - I’m well, well enough to try a short run yesterday :) and it is quite winter here - bitterly cold (although I imagine some of you would welcome the weather as mild) 5C, feeling like -1C.

    Stupid me caught my heel on our outdoor steps tonight on the way to church and fell down 6 steps. Missed hitting my head but cut up my knee, wrist and twisted an ankle. Sore everywhere. The good news is that I think my shoulder impingement released from the fall....lol
