    UPDATE! F2F's own Habit Tracker

    Everyone on any team is welcome to use our habit tracking spreadsheet. The tracking starts on Sunday, but please go in and set up your name and list of habits before then if you can. Here is how it works:
    1. open https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hGjC7OQrH9Cb8U5gmkeax8VXYm2wsTiSYg43Dg0s_LE/edit?usp=sharing
    2. go to the bottom, and choose your team from the tabs
    3. put your MFP use name in the column on the left (highlight "name" and type in yours to replace it)
    4. add up to five habits you want to track daily
    5. check the box when you do it!
    It is completely up to you to update your own tracking. Do it every time you finish, daily, weekly - however you want. Just be sure it is complete at the end of every Saturday so we can include this in the weekly winners circle!

    Any problems? Message me @jugar or ask here and your Captains can find out!

    @jugar what a fab idea! Spreadsheet isn't working for me just yet, attaching what I get. Might be because I'm jumping the gun? 4t75lfgjldsk.jpg

    Happy Friday! Here are my weekly stats;
    SW 10/19/19 222
    CW 01/03/20 206.3

    The weekends are my downfall so my goal is to not completely blow calories out of the water and to get a least 10,000 steps.

    @bigblues11 great work and love how realistic your weekend goals are, too! Have a good one :)

    Hi all! I am going to miss you all. Pop on over to the Downsizers thread and say hi 👋. My finial weighin of the December challenge is an ok one. I stayed the same. Considering we had Chinese takeout and cheesecake to celebrate my daughters birthday, I am at peace with that. My daughter, granddaughter and husband go back to Scotland on Sunday. It has been an awesome month visiting with them and I am terribly sad to see them go.

    Hi there, Happy New Year! Weigh in a bit depressing this week but we did go out to eat last night and I can feel the salt retention. I’ve finished up PT and start with a trainer on Tuesday. I’m a bit nervous! My knee had been feeling better until today and it’s been irritated most of the day. So frustrating! I’ve spent the afternoon looking at menu ideas and will plan on grocery shopping tomorrow. We’re heading out of town next weekend to see our daughter for her birthday so that means more eating out. I’ve always considered that our holidays continue until her birthday so it’s a bit jarring to try to reset before that.

    Here’s to a productive 2020!

    Man that makes me crazy. Lol. I stayed in my calorie goal all last week. Must be the salt that did me in. It will come off - I have a love/hate relationship with my scale 🤔

    Wow Charles, I just read some of your blog. Thanks for sharing your story! You may have a love/hate with your scale, but at least you have a dialogue. Sometimes any forward progress is a win. I'm glad we're on a team that can help us with accountability and encouragement. Baby steps are helping you gain momentum- to keep losing weight and gaining health. I wish you a successful journey in 2020. We're in it together with you. B)

    @ells_runs I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We are here for you!!!

    Hi, I'm Teri, I've been on the team for awhile, but haven't been very active, last year was a bit rough! New Year--Clean slate! I cleared my login streak again to the New Year.

    I'm 52, married, 1 teenager left at home. I have others out on their own and grandkids too. I live in Central IL.

    I started my weight loss in January 3. 2015 at 389.8 and began 2020 at 351.8. I have juggled a lot of pounds in between gaining and losing!

    My Goals Are:

    1. Keep to my calorie goal.
    2. I am striving to drink 1 gallon of water a day...I'm at 3/4 a gallon now. Yes, I'm one of those carrying a gallon jug with a built in straw lol!
    3. I'm trying to meet my step goal daily, but am nursing a knee injury right now.
    4. I will be more accountable and present on our team.

    I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and to celebrating our successes together!

    @cre804 sorry to hear about your knee but well done for trying to get back on track earlier than usual. I'm doing the same.... largely failing but at least we're thinking about it!

    @ells_runs I'm so sorry to hear of your loss but am also glad your father in law is now at peace xxx
    We're here for you, be kind to yourself at this emotional time.

    @silvermamma6939 welcome to the team!

    @Smart_Beautiful_and_Strong hello! Yay to the clean slate and the new year's goals, you've got this!

    @lindamtuck2018 i will be popping in!

    @Beka3695 hello, how are you?

    Weekend is here! Seems a bit arbitrary given I've been off work since the 19th, but, still get that weekend feeling! What's everyone got planned? I'm off out for a little run this morning and cleaning, cleanjng, cleaning then sorting, sorting, sorting! Needs to be done!

    @TheMrWobbly are we giving you january steps?

    Is everyone else able to see the habit tracking spreadsheet? My phone says no......

    @ells_runs I’m so sorry for your loss! Sending virtual hugs to you and your family. Take time to grieve and to take care of yourself and your family.

    @kilobykilo I also have a Fitbit and use it every day. Mine measures heart rate constantly so my calorie burn is fairly accurate, and the math between my Fitbit burn numbers, food logs and actual weight loss usually matches pretty well. I also feel the arbitrary weekend feeling, my last day at work before vacations was Dec 20th and I’m going back on Tuesday. I see the habit tracking spreadsheet and have no problems with it.

    Yesterday I went out with friends to see the new Cats movie. I don’t know if this is already old news in other countries, but over the last year or two we have more and more movie theaters with bars and alcohol inside. So, we went to see Cats in one of those and had lots of wine which was completely necessary to be able to watch the movie. Afterwards, we went for drinks and dinner. I’m way over my calorie goal but still below maintenance, at least. I did get somehow sick at the end of the night though, with a raging headache, stomach turning and weakness, so once we got home I went straight to bed. Now, after 10 hours of sleep, I feel like a new person again.

    I also went shopping the sales yesterday, and got a much needed new winter coat, some clothing that should adapt to my future shrinking assets (ha!) nicely, a new wallet and a lipstick. The sales were really good too, I spent 200€ on these but original pricing would have totaled 450. I still feel like I’m done shopping for the month, I at least have to clean my closet before making any other purchases.

    Hallo all!

    PW 217 lbs
    CW 222 lbs

    I'm so glad Christmas time is over!
    It was absolute nightmare for my family.
    My dad in law was battling a cancer for the last three years. He caught a virus just before Christmas and was bed bound. Halucynations - the lot. He was very ill.
    He lost his battle with cancer yesterday and passed away peacefully.

    All the stress over Christmas made me eat. I lost control and put on 5lbs :neutral:

    I was thinking about quiting the challenge, but maybe not. I need to concentrate on this because I just cannot bare the next two weeks leading up to his funeral.

    I'll do my best to make you proud, Team and here's to new healthy 2020! x

    So sorry for your loss😪

    Good morning! Thank you for adding me to the group! My name is Debby. I’m 65 and married with 5 grown children. I live in the beautiful state of Washington. I’d love to lose 40 lbs by my 66th birthday in May. Eggnog and chocolate was my biggest downfall this holiday season😳😅 I am so ready to hit it hard and get back on track with sensible eating and exercise. I have advanced scoliosis and getting a bunch of this weight off would be so beneficial to my health. We moved back to the States from Brazil this summer, so these have been months of transition and adjustments. Happy weekend everyone! I look forward to getting better acquainted💕
