Ugh dinner is a failure tonight, I could not get my pressure cooker to come up to pressure and my plans for creamy pork chops and rice are dashed. I’m still cooking it but it will take too long for tonight’s dinner. Instead we’ll eat it tomorrow. Now I’m left scrambling for something tonight. Just feeling a little frustrated by it.3

I didn’t do to much yesterday. I found I was really agitated. My mom now is in self isolation as she may have had contact with a positive person. Today I am going to try a YouTube video again plus walking. I have been searching for one without too many lunges, squats or other things involving the knee. I had a knee replacement a few years back and it limits what I can do. I was doing one last year that was good but I can’t find it again. I will search again today. I hope everyone is hanging in there with all going on right now. We will get through this!
Monday’s goals
1. 45 minute walk
2. 9000 steps
3. Stay within calorie goal
Hi. Missing steps for 03/22.0 -
Good day Downsizers!
You have two new members heading your way for April, and they'll stop here soon to introduce themselves. Show a great welcome to:
@fossett2000 and @chassp8pooh
Have a great week!

Our province shut down all non essential business effective tonight. I find out tonight if my husband is laid off as result. I am not worried for us money wise but I feel for all the people who will find it difficult at this time. I didn’t get to my video yesterday but it is on the agenda today. I find it way easier to drink my water during the week than weekends. I tend to drink more coffee/tea and other sorts of drinks on the weekend. Something to work on.
Today’s goals
1. Stay within calorie goal
2. Walk 45 minutes
3. Do a YouTube beginner cardio workout

Creamy pork chops sound delicious! I am not a big pork fan but I would try that. Hope things go better.2 -
Found this on my Facebook page yesterday day. Sounds like a good workout.

I've been a slacker the past couple of days. I haven't logged anything, ate everything, the gym is closed so not much for exercise besides walking. Today is back on track day! Got in a short dumbbell workout and running intervals this morning and my diary is tentatively filled in for the day. I am also going to find a good all over body weight workout for tomorrow.
Happy Tuesday!2 -

I didn’t do my YouTube video again but I promise today I will do it. I am excited that I will “see” my granddaughters today. When I go for my walk, the kids and their Mom are going to meet me half way. No hugs or kisses but I will see them. We will then turn around and go home.
Today’s goals
1. Get that video done
2. Walk 45 minutes
3. Stay under calorie goal1 -

Thank you! I’m looking forward to the accountability. I was doing so quite well until this last week and stumbled BIG time and knowingly kept stuffing more and more food in my face 😜
Just for clarity, I picked Monday as my weigh in - where / how do I do that next Monday?1 -
Hi guys, I can’t remember my past weight but my current weight is 170.52

Well it is going to be another beautiful day here! I am excited to get outside for another walk. I found the video I used to do last year. It runs through a series of exercises and then you repeat them. I am going to do it again today. The video is by Joanna Soh and she has a wide variety available.
Today’s goals
1. 45 minute walk
2. Workout video
3. Stay within calorie goal1 -

IDEA SEARCH!The four moderators have been running the full group challenges since the new year. We had the photo challenge this month with a different theme for each day of the week, last month we had the 29 questions of leaping groundhogs, and in January we had 20/20 vision to work on our goals.
I think the April challenge should come from team members. I'm asking all the teams to come up with some ideas. Or revive a previous challenge we had that you liked. What would be fun, useful, and get people from all the teams participating? In the past we have had all kinds of things: points-based games (minutes of exercise, sticking to plan, etc. earning baseball runs or just points), thoughtful questions, photo challenges, daily "pile up" (check this for example), goal setting, daily fitness from darebee or other easy to use sites, recipes, etc. etc.
Bring 'em on!1 -
Happy Thursday everyone! Been busy as a bee making deliveries. Been doing my in truck spin workouts. Hitting all my goals, staying under calorie but eating enough to not get sick. We'll see what it shows on Sunday!3
