    I took a nice long walk in the morning, my husband joined me for a 2nd in the afternoon. His back has been bothering him, so we need to walk a bit slower and not so long... but he did great! I think the walking is helping to easy the pulled muscles in his back. He keeps overdoing stuff, then pays for it for the next few days.

    I was so happy to get some long walks in over the 3 day holiday... now need to keep up the momentum! My plan is to walk 40 mins in the morning before heading off to work, and then another 20 after dinner with hubby.

    Anyone else have some goals (besides weight loss) that they are working on?

    Ok, so for real: my goal is to not eat chips/pretzels (way too many of those going on!) and instead focus on healthier snack alternatives (string cheese, yogurt and fruit, veggies and hummus). I also want to "close" my food diary each day.
