@thedestar you know you can't make a statement like that without telling us what book you're reading. I just finished"The Last Days of Jack Sparks" and really enjoyed it. It has everything, mystery, humor, paranormal. Not my normal kind of book but LOLed many times. π3 -

I liked the book, lots of good information but ill take what works for me and leave the rest. I like Dr mindy on YouTube she is much more informative and is dealing with some of the same age issue that ya women get2 -

I totally understand. It will be a good day indeed when my gym reopens. Right up there with my office reopening. I don't have the same motivation at home that I do at the gym, especially in group exercise classes.2 -

@DaffyGirl88 It was Outlander! I'm going to have to check out The Last Days of Jack Sparks, that sounds interesting! I just started The Five: The Untold Lives of the Women Killed by Jack the Ripper. Its good so far, and I have a hard time with nonfiction.
I typically have a diet coke everyday at lunch, but yesterday I had it at dinner. I got hardly any sleep last night! Like maybe 3 hours, and I'm thinking its because I had the caffeine later than I'm used to. So I drank a lot of coffee today and not as much water π2 -

Still trying team. Sorry I am not very active on the thread. Between work, home life, and me time I am just trying to balance as much as I can. June over all so far has been a good month. I try and get on the treadmill everyday, drink my water, and get my steps. I have been eating a balanced diet, and I am about 16 days away from completing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.

I have been there!! To get out of that funk may be a slow process, I might offer a suggestion, Maybe you βprepareβ yourself to start moving again. Like, tonight for example, put your socks and shoes next to your bed, or next time you remember to get on here, put them on! Itβs discouraging when we think about it too broadly. Ugh! βI have to work outβ or βI have to walk for 20 minutes!β but if you simplify it and make your only goal to put your shoes on every day, I feel like that simple action puts me in a better mindset to slip in a few minutes of cardio here and there. Itβs much harder to lose weight (and impossible for me!) without moving! I like food too much.
