@Krysless2 I pace around the house for ten minutes and get ~1,000 steps. You could try that and get up every hour and just walk around the house when you are low on steps!4

I've been focusing more on strength training this week for my workouts which is good, I like them and I like the way I feel afterwards BUT I swear my appetite is so much bigger when I do more strength vs cardio. So I've been doing a lot more mindless snacking, but still under my calories. I keep arguing with my husband about not buying so many treats, but he doesn't see the problem 😒 I need to hide them somewhere so I'm not tempted.4 -

Just listened to Dr.mindy on YouTube she was very helpful I’ll try a 36 hr next week maybe sat evening to Monday
I drink water with salt, I drink coffee black , non flavored sparkling water , meditation 🧘♀️ and reading for some reason I am in the zone right now

When I looked at the breakdown of my totals, I finally had enough protein, and I was a little under on carbs. This may be the key for me to meeting my calories goal, as the protein fills me up.
