Journal ~ could have done better with food choices todayβΉοΈ late night munchies of sugar free wafers pushed me over calories. my daughter and I met with a trainer at the gym. He showed us how to work out using free-weights, I attached the plan he wrote out. I did about 8-10 of each then we played around a bit on the jungle gym afterwards but Iβll never do that again! How IS everybody doing, time for a WRD?1 -

I have been doing better with planning and tracking food. Exercise has been down, not because of lack of motivation but lack of time and space. I have been trying to work around everyones schedule and need for areas. I have been so busy this week its been hard to check in. I have been doing small fitness challenges that only take a few minutes. Squats, pushups, situps.
Hopefully, I'll get to start using the pool this coming week.
Our MUAC participation is still up. You all are doing so awesome.3 -

water: yes, barely 8 cups. Went for a drive to a different town that had tomato baskets in stock. It is only 25 minutes away, but that means an hour away from a bathroom, and I did not want to find myself stuck. So, most of the water happened later in the day.
steps: 13,700. It's not often you get round numbers!!
I am not sleeping well. It is just too hot!! We need a window AC for our bedroom, because the central air does not reach upstairs. The ceiling fan just isn't cutting it!! So, I find myself eating more because I came downstairs again. Some of the calories I could put on yesterday's diary, because I had room. But the rest I put on today's, before today even started!! If I don't go over today, I am going to plan on over day on Saturday after my weigh-in. I just need a little freedom one day. Not a "free-for-all", but just some freedom!

I'm sorry you're not sleeping well. I go through times that I don't sleep well either. I totally understand the room being too hot. We put in a window a/c and keep it at 65 and I still wake up sweaty.2 -

Today was the last day of the kids virtual summer camps. So we'll be able to do more in the mornings now, before it gets too hot. Also, I finished The Invisible Man and the next book in my queue was Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis. Has anyone read it? I've tried to read similar type books in the past but I get bored with them. The next book on my queue is Outlander (I put too many e-books on hold and then they became available at the same time!).

@Krysless2 check with your local library! I can use my library card to access Hoopla and Overdrive, they're apps
where you can "check out" e-books, audiobooks, etc.
@HASWLRS yesterday the site was super weird, I couldn't see the newsfeed all day. Also, I know you mentioned having a little freedom on Saturday after your weigh in, that's what I do as well. I still log everything, but I'm ok with going a little over my calories. I think that helps with not feeling like I'm depriving myself.1 -

Great loss! If your Tom works like mine this should be way off in what you actually lost! Youβve been very accountable this week so if you continue at this in the same stride you should be Partying in the 60s next week!
