Journal ~ I had another terrible “food” day today thanks to hubby and his never ending homemade pizza. But I think Im finally done giving him a hard time...He’s agreed to stop making homemade pizza ...I got him to say “I solemnly swear..” even if i got an eye roll out of it I needed him to say it aloud! Lol... and to make up for my two day binge, I plan to fast all day tomorrow. I hope to be very centered, focused and present here in our group and also hope to stick firmly to plan!1 -

I like that! I was trying to juggle my coffee, yogurt and fruit bowl... I should have known better, but I do it every day! I'm glad I still have more travel pyrex(I stupidly threw out the lid!!!), and it wasn't the last of ALL of my fruit!2 -

I have been there!! To get out of that funk may be a slow process, I might offer a suggestion, Maybe you “prepare” yourself to start moving again. Like, tonight for example, put your socks and shoes next to your bed, or next time you remember to get on here, put them on! It’s discouraging when we think about it too broadly. Ugh! “I have to work out” or “I have to walk for 20 minutes!” but if you simplify it and make your only goal to put your shoes on every day, I feel like that simple action puts me in a better mindset to slip in a few minutes of cardio here and there. It’s much harder to lose weight (and impossible for me!) without moving! I like food too much. You’re welcome to look at my diary from yesterday and see what happens when I don’t get any movement in my day.mhassan160 wrote: »I don’t know what happening but I have zero motivation, working out at home become so bored 😐

6.08 mile run this morning. Started at about 75 degrees and was almost 85 by the time I was done. It wasn't bad, it was pretty breezy! It took me longer but I don't mind that at all!
