Today Iβll do 23 hrs and then mixed it up and have 2 meals on Saturday
Just listened to Dr.mindy on YouTube she was very helpful Iβll try a 36 hr next week maybe sat evening to Monday
I drink water with salt, I drink coffee black , non flavored sparkling water , meditation π§ββοΈ and reading for some reason I am in the zone right now
Other weeks I canβt even focus

When I looked at the breakdown of my totals, I finally had enough protein, and I was a little under on carbs. This may be the key for me to meeting my calories goal, as the protein fills me up.

@thedestar you know you can't make a statement like that without telling us what book you're reading. I just finished"The Last Days of Jack Sparks" and really enjoyed it. It has everything, mystery, humor, paranormal. Not my normal kind of book but LOLed many times. π3 -

I liked the book, lots of good information but ill take what works for me and leave the rest. I like Dr mindy on YouTube she is much more informative and is dealing with some of the same age issue that ya women get2 -
