    So excited!! Tracking my food has made a huge difference in my weight loss! I weighed 154.5 May 27th. I am now 150.6! Feeling super motivated to keep tracking my food and working out regularly :)

    I’m so proud of everyone Seeing a lot of losses this week. I know for awhile most of us were gaining. I think of all the stress going on in the world. It’s nice to see us getting back on track. We are doing great!
