    Comments: Eating has been good this week, trying to focus on my new weightlifting program and that's been hard, its a step up from what I'm used to so it's been significantly harder and I've been significantly more tired so have cut back on walking for the time being. But as I get used to it, I'll up my walking again.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was a good day! Killed it at the gym and burned 742 calories! Had a craving for Starbucks but told myself tomorrow is my self care day. Excited for Sunday weigh-in. Hoping to be out of the 150’s!
