I went in this morning on an endoscopy of my liver and they found some stones in my bile ducts. They went ahead and cleaned them out. But I was pretty uncomfortable when I got home. So no exercise today. Hope I feel better tomorrow.

He took me out to eat at one of our favorite restaurants and I indulged I didn’t worry about tracking, just having a good time! This was our first night out since the quarantine. So much fun!0 -
