Happy Wednesday Team!!
I'd like to share something I've been working on for the last couple months. I've been working on getting a blog up. I am trying to use this as a tool to share my journey, tips, struggles, etc and eventually a vlog as well. I shared my first 100 lbs loss story already, and I plan on updating it every Wednesday if you guys are interested. Today's topic is near and dear to my heart as I struggle to get back into my healthy routine again.

We’re already one-third of the way through June. Dang. I felt (sorry, men) full and bloated over the weekend. I kept thinking I’d gained a bunch of weight back, but I guess it’s good I’m the same weight as last week? Stress of work, school, and my living situation has me eating, well, not the best food.

I went in this morning on an endoscopy of my liver and they found some stones in my bile ducts. They went ahead and cleaned them out. But I was pretty uncomfortable when I got home. So no exercise today. Hope I feel better tomorrow.0 -
