    Goals/Day/Comments: no workout today. It is my daughter’s 9th bday so we spent the evening doing things at home that she wanted to do like watching a movie and playing her favorite game. Will use today as my “rest day” and will continue with my workouts tomorrow.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Good workout today! Lots of sweat! Had a big dinner and feel a little bloated. Tracked all of my food (the good and the bad). Drinking a glass of white wine to relax.

    I walked 1.5 miles in the AM and then after dinner did 50 minutes of step aerobics. Also did strength training for 20 mins. Steps= 11,112
