    Goals/Day/Comments: Today was a good day. I tracked my food and met my step goal. I am really enjoying this challenge of tracking my food. It has helped with my portion control and drinking.

    Goals/Day/Comments: Today I got my nails done and treated myself to Starbucks (so good!). Got my workout in and tracked all of my food. Pretty good day. Excited for tomorrow’s weigh-in
