    Mine is to track my food everyday, workout 6 days this week, and meet my water goal.

    My Goals for the week are to stay away from unhealthy snacks, get more steps in, and get some better sleep.

    I’m so proud of everyone Seeing a lot of losses this week. I know for awhile most of us were gaining. I think of all the stress going on in the world. It’s nice to see us getting back on track. We are doing great!

    This site is helping me so much, i had a kidney transplant and exercise is hard, so having everyone here and seeing people doing so much makes me keep going, you are all so great
