I am surprised I didn’t gain. I have been doing a lot of walking and not logging it, and lots of cleaning with all of my pent up energy from the steroids, so maybe that offset the extra calories I had.1 -

Exercise: mini 'walk' through ravine with pit stop for picnic maybe just 1/2 hour. If anyone is feeling bad this week.... I laid my tablecloth/blanket on a pile of dog poo and wondered the whole time what was smelling so bad.

No change..
I think Monday was a bad choice for weigh in day!
I must admit I am disappointed again by this. I tracked all my food. I did 200,000 steps! Plus I ran 9km on 4 days.. I really hoped for a bit of movement.
Maybe it's just water weight from the activity. Plus my TOM is a few days late, so possibly that too?
Will try to not let it get to me!
Gotta keep logging and keep moving!
This week I will reduce the amount of exercise calories I eat back, see if that makes a difference. Perhaps my Fitbit is overestimating my calorie burn.

Not as great of a day with fruits and veggies, but I have found throughout treatment a real craving for ice cream that I've never had before. Carving out space for ben and jerrys has become essential and so far I am doing a decent job of fitting it in so I will call it a win!4 -

Not anticipating a loss this week, but I'm hoping for maintenance. Wednesday and Thursday we will have takeout that was ordered by our amazing friends to show their love and support and help us during treatment. But, that does make tracking and staying on track this week just a bit harder. I did my best with portion control with Wednesday but the takeout was fried chicken so I imagine I'll be retaining water because of the salt. Will be drinking a ton of water today to try to flush it out but also have another delivery for dinner, so we will see what tomorrow's weigh in brings. Hoping at least for maintenance. Either way, treatment is Friday so I will be eating light over the weekend to help combat symptoms so it should all balance out by next week anyway.3 -

No worries! You’ve only missed one week and you’re still in last weight I have for you is 103.8. Should I add the 106.6 as your Thursday last week weigh in or do you want to wait till Thursday this week to log? (I have you down for Thursday weigh ins but I can have that changed if another day if that would work better for you)
My bad. I'm super horrible with social media. I just saw this. Whatever you did was fine Thank you for being so proactive. Thursdays are fine, I just had a busy week and got side tracked. Thanks again!
