Not surprised with the weight. I had a huge salty dinner last night and didn’t log. Plus I am near goal so it’s going to go slowly. That’s okay. Being kind to myself is way more productive than being down or disappointed in myself.2 -

Trying to practice more compassion with myself throughout this journey and while dealing with a significant health issue. My amazing BF cooked a healthy balanced dinner and I was just not having it. Ate less than half then went straight for the ben and jerrys. But, it fit into my calories for the day so that is ok, not the nutrients I should have but something I needed. One thing treatment has done has made me crave frozen foods, so ice cream for dinner was the move. Will try to make today more nutritionally sound.2 -

Need to up water intake this week for sure, it has been severely lacking and I don't feel great so that is definitely connected. Nutritional value of food has also been pretty low this week, lots of simple carbs.....2 -
