Wow--that is an amazing loss!! Congrats!
My Dad, originally from Scotland, was a salesman in Toronto and a job brought him and the rest of us to Houston, where I grew up. I met my husband in Dallas, who was in town for a wedding. He is the one who is originally from Richmond.1 -

Big Hello to all the new mmbers and a Happy Independance Day to all my US team mates.
Can't belive I was last month biggest loser. Whoop Whoop!
This group has been really good at helping me form and keep new habits. I now drink 810z of water everyday, walk at least 8000steps and logging has become second nature to me. So even during my bad weeks I have been able to stay the course. Roll on July I'm ready for ya!
After rough few weeks I finally had some time off work and my partner surprised me with a lovely mini holiday. We went to a friends place in the warwickshire. It was so lovely to be out of the city and in the country side. I haven't got back to checking in consistantly but will get back to it now that i'm back home.
Have a good weekend everyone.

The July 4th holiday weekend is here! What are you all going to do to celebrate? How are you going to manage your weight loss goals for the weekend? Are you going to throw caution to the wind, or are you going in with a plan? Maybe celebrations will be scaled back enough this year, that staying "under" won't be a problem? Since this doesn't affect me, I thought I would get you all thinking about it!!
I didn't know what to plan for 100% so I am just trying to log everything and not just go too crazy.1 -

I also went over by about 700 one day this weekend. It was a Holiday and I enjoyed food with family, so I am not going to feel so bad about it. I am very impressed that you still got in your exercise. Great job!0 -

Thank you both for the support! We can easily move on past this one bad day. And I too felt full while I was munching-I think this is progress, as it takes less to fill us up.
