Had a doctor's appointment with Ortho this time for my knees and was able to get injections in both knees and it starting working immediately.

Went off track for dinner since my aide didn't show and had no dinner prepared. Gotta make sure I have enough food on hand. My knees feel so much better during my workout routine not as much stiffness really hope this feeling last longer than last time.0 -

Comments: Finally on the mend. I had a good day and stayed in budget, didn't exercise but I think that will likely get back to normal tomorrow. Phew. Haven't been sick in a while.
Getting ready for a new batch of new hires at work that I'll be responsible for training. I am nervous excited. It's new for me to be in that role and while I am very excited, I'm also nervous, its a lot of pressure
