    Goals/comments not much loss but we'll see what happens next week after I up my calories from 1100 to 1400/1500 my body probably thought I was starving it although not intentionally have to be more mindful of my menu.

    Exercise: No? Accidentally took the stairs at work...otherwise I did rest because I was very sore from the workout the day before. Getting back to the grind is a little hard when you take a week off to rest...

    Comments: Another good day, I'm feeling pretty happy about this. A lot can be said for taking it one day at at time and using the momentum to your benefit.
